Room Reservations

Please use the calendar below to check Room Availability at Trinity Church. The following Room Usage Guidelines will be followed when approving requests based on the following priorities. As this is a new opportunity, guidelines may change as needed:

During 8 Week Class Sessions

1. Rooms to be used for DICE Business (example: Board Member Training, DICE Field Trip/Event Planning Meetings)
2. Rooms to be used for activities for DICE Members (example: Parent Support Group, Holiday Craft Activity)
3. Other Room Requests

Select Tuesdays outside of 8 week Sessions

Want to plan a Holiday Celebration, Special Workshop, Parent Information Session, Special Gym Activity? Select Tuesdays when classes aren’t in session, we have limited space available for flex-use. This is a great opportunity to offer something to students that doesn’t otherwise fit into our classic 50 minute for 8 week class style. We ask that room usage is limited to DICE-Members Only.
